Cake:

1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Topping:

1 box xxx sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix with hands until crumbling the cake ingredients. Put in bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over cake ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
