1 lb. ground meat
2 hard boiled eggs, whole
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1/2 of a bell pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Add salt and pepper. Mix together in large bowl. Make two holes in half of the meat loaf. The put the boiled eggs in the holes. Put the rest of the meat over the eggs. Then cook for about an hour.
