RHUBARB CRISP | |
6 c. diced rhubarb 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. oats 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter Place rhubarb in 9x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon. Mix well. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden. |
