RHUBARB CRISP 
6 c. rhubarb, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter (butter)
2 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine the rhubarb and sugar and place in a baking dish.

3. Mix the butter, flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Add the walnuts. Spread topping over the rhubarb.

4. Bake until bubbly, about 50 minutes.

5. Best when served warm with ice cream.
