RHUBARB BUTTER CRISP 
3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour

Mix and place in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan.

Combine: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. oatmeal

Cut in like crust and mix in. Sprinkle rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Note: Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
