RHUBARB CRISP 
1 lb. rhubarb, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. melted and cooled butter

Combine rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and cinnamon. Place all ingredients into glass 8x8x2 inch baking dish.

Mix very well the brown sugar, 1 cup all-purpose flour, oats and melted and cooled butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the rhubarb in glass dish and bake 35 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serve with ice cream.
