FUDGE CAKE WITH MARSHMALLOWS 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. marshmallows

Cream butter and sugar together, add cocoa and egg; the mix in baking soda, and sour milk and flour alternately. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Take cake from oven and put marshmallows on top while still hot.

2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. Karo
1/4 c. butter

Mix together 2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1/2 cup canned milk, 1/3 cup Karo and 1/4 cup butter. Cook while stirring until a drop in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and beat until cool and thick. pour over cake.
