MARSHMALLOW FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Vanilla to taste
1 lg. pkg. marshmallows (cut in half)

Melt butter and cocoa together. Beat eggs and sugar. Pour into butter and cocoa mixture. Add flour and mix well; add nuts and vanilla.

Pour into an 11x16 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover hot cake with marshmallow halves, cut side down, and press down lightly into cake.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick melted butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk and butter; add other ingredients and beat well. Pour over cake; cut when cold.
