SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
3/4 c. apricot-pineapple jam
1/2 c. red Russian salad dressing
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over cut up chicken in shallow dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Option: Substitute barbecue sauce for salad dressing.
