2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Bakers semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. chopped nuts Combine marshmallows, milk, butter, sugar and salt in pan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to full boil; boil hard exactly 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat in chips until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill and cut. |
