1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 c. golden raisins
8 strips bacon, crisp

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
Pinch of salt

Use tender parts of broccoli and flowerets, add raisins and pour dressing over and refrigerate. Before serving sprinkle with bacon.
