PUMPKIN BARS | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 egg 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 2 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. cinnamon Set aside 1 cup dry cake mix. Mix together remaining cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Spread in 9x13 inch pan to form crust. In a medium bowl, mix together pumpkin, 2 eggs, milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Pour over crust. Mix remaining ingredients together until crumbly. Dribble over pumpkin layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream. |
