BARBECUED TUNA 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained

Saute onion in oil in a large skillet until tender. Add next 10 ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Add tuna, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice, noodles or hamburger buns. Serves 6 to 8.
