PUMPKIN BREAD | |
2 c. (1 lb. can) pumpkin or 2 c. fresh cooked pumpkin 4 eggs 1 c. Kraft oil 1/3 c. water 3 1/2 c. flour 3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. raisins 2/3 c. nuts Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil and water; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add pumpkin mixture; mix well. Pour into two greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Cool. |
