CLASSY CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken (or 4 to 6 chicken breasts)
8 oz. Catalina or Russian dressing
1 env. onion soup mix
5 to 8 oz. apricot, peach or cherry preserves

Wash and dry chicken. Mix dressing, onion soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken. Do NOT cover! Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Basting every 15 minutes.
