DUTCH OVEN QUICK BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 fryer, 2 1/2 or 3 lbs.
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. butter
Flour
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Melt butter in Dutch oven. Place chicken in hot butter and turn until brown, add a small amount of onion or 1 clove of garlic. When all are brown add vinegar and sauce. Turn burner to low. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour. Serve on platter of rice.
