1 lb. whole pecans (arranged in clusters of 3) 1 c. white syrup 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk Hershey milk chocolate bars Cook syrup and milk to 248 degrees. Stir to keep from scorching. Remove from heat. Put about 1 teaspoon of mixture over each cluster of pecans. Place 1 small square of Hershey chocolate bar over each cluster. When melted, smooth out chocolate. |
