ORIENTAL CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, cook and cut up
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can oriental veggies, drain and rinse

Mix all and pour in baking dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.

Bake 20 minutes at 325°F.
