KOREAN GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. green beans
1/4 lb. pork or beef, sliced into thin slices (1/8" thick)
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash salt & pepper
1 tsp. toasted, crushed sesame seeds
Toasted almonds, optional
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. mushroom, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water

Wash and drain bean. Slice lengthwise, if thick; cut into 1/2 inch lengths. Preheat large frying pan or wok, add oil and saute meat for about 2 minutes for beef, 5 minutes for pork. (Slice pork very thin.) Add onion and cook only until tender, not browned. Add beans and mushrooms; stir fry for 1 minute. Add water, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic and sesame seeds. Cover and cook until beans are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Do not overcook. Garnish with toasted almonds. Serve immediately.
