ORANGE PUDDING SALAD 
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. box orange Jello
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
6 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Nuts (optional)

Mix cottage cheese and Cool Whip together in large bowl. Sprinkle dry Jello over and mix in well. Fold in drained, crushed pineapple. Fold in drained mandarin orange slices. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Ready to eat. Delicious. May be used as salad or dessert.
