PINEAPPLE NUT BREAD | |
2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. cooking oil Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir in brown sugar. Combine egg and sour cream. Fold in undrained pineapple, nuts, and oil; add to dry ingredients all at once. Stir until just moistened. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes. |
