PINEAPPLE - NUT BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground mace
1 lg. egg
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl mix well flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, salt, baking soda and ground mace. In a small bowl beat egg, crushed pineapple with juice, milk and butter.

3. Stir egg mixture into flour mix, just until moistened. Pour batter into greased pan.

4. Bake 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
