GREEK HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. can tomatoes
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. macaroni
6 tbsp. melted butter
Sauce (recipe follows)

Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Spoon drippings. Add tomato sauce, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Simmer uncovered until liquid is absorbed (about 5 minutes). Cook macaroni; drain well. Toss macaroni with 4 tablespoons butter. Pour remaining 2 tablespoons butter into 12 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle on to butter the bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of cheese. Spread 1/2 of the macaroni over cheese. Spoon on meat mixture. Top with remaining macaroni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
