NACHO CHICKEN & RICE 
4 c. chicken, diced
1 pkg. California blend frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli & carrots)
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 can nacho cheese soup

Stir fry chicken until golden brown. In saucepan, heat vegetables. Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on package. Combine all in a casserole dish and mix in nacho cheese soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until steaming hot.
