ZIPPY CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. crushed red peppers
2 tbsp. oil
3 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 c. each broccoli, pepper strips, sliced carrots
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1 minced garlic clove
4 c. hot cooked rice

Stir together salad dressing, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper. Set aside. Heat oil in wok or skillet, medium high. Add chicken and stir fry 4 minutes. Add vegetable and garlic. Stir fry 3 to 4 minutes until crisp tender.

Stir in salad dressing mixture. Simmer 30 seconds.

Serve over hot rice 3 to 4 servings. Suggestion: Slightly frozen chicken slices best.
