GUACAMOLE 
4 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded & mashed
1 med. tomato, chopped fine
2 pods garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 scant tbsp. onion, finely minced

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce as salad, or with tortilla chips as a dip.

Hint: To keep guacamole from turning dark, put one of the avocado seeds into mixture until serving time.
