2 avocados, well mashed
1/4 Bermuda onion (sliced fine)
1/2 tomato (chopped)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. hot sauce

Mash avocados, slice onion and chop tomato. Add rest of ingredients and stir.
