GARBONZO GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) garbonzo beans, drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. red onion or yellow
1 sm. ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green mild chilies, diced and undrained
Dash of hot pepper sauce and cumin
1 med. tomato, chopped
Tortillas, chips, olives, cheese

In food processor or blender, combine: beans, lemon juice, garlic - blend 10 seconds. Add remaining except tomatoes, chops. Blend 45 seconds until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Garnish: with chopped tomatoes and I add sliced olives and green onion and sour cream and cheese as extra on top as garnish. Eat with flour tortilla or corn chips, vegetables. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
