GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 med. size ripe avocado
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. ReaLemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely grated onion
1/4 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
1 lg. or 2 sm. tomatoes, peeled and chopped and well drained

Halve avocado. Peel and pit and mash in a medium bowl. There should be about 1 cup. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Chill. Dip will keep its bright color for several hours.

When ready to serve, spoon into bowl(s) and serve with corn chips or raw carrot and celery sticks. Makes about 2 cups.
