CUSTARD PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Work together and spread mixture in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. sugar
6 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together with electric mixer. Pour custard over baked crust. Return to 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Good served with whipped topping or ice cream.
