FRUIT PUDDING 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and blend well. Dissolve Jello in the boiling wtaer, pour over the mixture and stir to mix thoroughly. Then add nuts and pineapple.

Pour into flat pan. Chill. When mixture begins to stiffen top with vanilla wafer crumbs. Let chill for 24 hours before serving. Cut in squares and top with whipped cream.
