GINGER - MOLASSES COOKIES 
2 c. butter
1/2 tbsp. salt
3 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. water

6 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
2 1/4 tsp. ginger

Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Refrigerate 24 hours. Roll into 2 inch balls then roll in granulated sugar. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Approximately 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
