CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
1 (16 oz.) pie filling
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
vanilla wafers
cupcake papers

Set vanilla wafers on bottom of cupcake papers. Make cheese filling and fill papers. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool then add pie filling (either cherry, pineapple, blueberry, peach, etc.)
