CURRIED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 c. consomme
3 to 4 c. cooked, diced chicken

Saute the celery and onions in the salad oil until golden. Add the flour, sugar, salt, pepper, curry powder and consomme and cook over moderate heat, stirring until thickened. Add the cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
