EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
8 chicken breast halves (boned and skinned, optional)
1 1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® uncooked rice (not Minute)
1 can consomme
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. wine (white, sherry or leftover)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Seasoning, your preference

Butter (or spray) 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle uncooked rice in pan. Place chicken pieces on rice. In blender (or bowl) mix last four ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered, 325 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made day before.
