HOME MADE CANDY TURTLES 
54 caramels (light colored)
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 c. (Eagle Brand) (can) milk

Melt above together in double boiler. Place pecan pieces on buttered teflon cookie sheet. Spoon caramel mixture onto pecans. Let pecans, dry, then turn over. Dip pieces in milk chocolate (large size melted Hershey bars).
