WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS 
1 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 egg
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. milk

Sift together the white flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add whole wheat flour and mix. In a separate bowl beat egg, oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Bake in well greased muffin pans at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
