YOGURT WHEAT GERM MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. wheat germ
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine flour, wheat germ, brown sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in large bowl. Stir well to blend. Add yogurt, butter and egg. Stir just to moisten dry ingredients.

Spoon batter into paper lined or greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with butter and honey. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
