6 apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Core and slice unpeeled apples into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water. Cut butter and peanut butter into sugar and flour and spread over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
