SCALLOPED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
6 tbsp. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil until tender one large head cauliflower. Cut up and pack stems downward in buttered pudding dish. Take 1 cup of bread crumbs. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and 6 tablespoons milk. Beat to a soft paste. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 beaten egg and cover the cauliflower. Baking time, 6 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove cover and brown. Serves 6.
