GARDUN CASSEROLE 
2 c. raw cubed taters
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. diced green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
3/4 tsp. Tabasco
2 lb. sliced maters
1 tbsp. cidar vinegah
1 c. roughly ground Munster chez
2 qt. cubed aigplant
2 c. diced zuchinni squash
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. English peas
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. uv watah

Zucchini iz the long green squash thet she usually sliced 'n rolled in 1 cuppa meal, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 aigs, salt 'n pepper...'n then fried in shortenin' 'n bak on grease.

Whack up a zucchini 1/2-inch thick 'n parboil in salty watah...layer squash, maters 'n sliced onions...season each layer wid salt, pepper, garlic salt 'n a dash uv oregano. Grate sharp chez 'n sprinkle over casserole...then put bakon strips on top...bake at 350°F fur 'bout 45 minutes.
