GARLIC CHEESE DIP 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Cheddar cheese
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 med. onion
2 to 3 canned jalapeno peppers (more if you want it real hot)
1 c. Miracle Whip

Put all ingredients except Miracle Whip through food grinder or can use food processor. Be sure garlic and onion mince real good. Add Miracle Whip. Blend and leave out for a while so flavors blend then mix again. If too thick add a little more Miracle Whip. Then refrigerate. Stir well before serving.
