GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
10 lg. potatoes
2 onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. white vinegar
Approx. 1/4 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of parsley
6 slices crisp bacon or 1/4 c. bacon bits
1 tbsp. celery salt or seed

Boil potatoes and dice in small pieces; add onion and mix all ingredients together while potatoes are warm. Sprinkle with parsley and bacon before serving. Best if served warm.
