FRENCH COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour with sour cream. Pour half of batter into a greased tube pan. Mix filling ingredients together. Sprinkle half of filling on batter in pan. Add remaining batter, then remaining filling. Bake for 55 minutes in 325 degree oven. Delicious warm or cold.
