STRADA 
1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage until crumbly and slightly brown. Drain and cool.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, salt and dry mustard. Add cubed bread to mixture and stir. Add cheese and sausage. Stir.

Put in 9x12 Pyrex baking dish. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Set out a few minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 9-10.
