1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 stick butter

Empty can of peaches with juice into 9 x 13 inch pan. Dump box of cake mix on top of peaches. Cut stick of butter on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
