HAM CHEESE LOG | |
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup) 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham 1/2 c. chopped olives 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans Have cheese at room temperature. In a small bowl, beat together Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended. Stir in deviled ham, olives. Chill. Shape into two 8 inch long logs. Roll in chopped pecans, serve with crackers. |
