WHIPPED CREAM ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
2 c. sifted cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 egg whites
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar 3 times. Whip cream stiff. Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine carefully. Add water and vanilla. Gradually fold in dry ingredients. Bake in layer in moderate oven (350 degrees) until done, about 30 minutes. Spread lemon filling between layers.
