WARSAW PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Saute chops in butter until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with onion. Remove chops to warm platter. Add dill and sour cream to pan and blend thoroughly. Heat through but do not boil. Serve hot over chops.
