SESAME PORK TENDERLOIN 
pork loin
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. minced ginger
2 tbsp. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. sesame seeds (or 1 tbsp. oil)

Combine in plastic bag, add pork, marinate 8 hours. Then drain pork, reserving marinade.

Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds. Put meat thermometer in thickest part.

Bake in 350°F oven until thermometer indicates pork is done (160°F). Let stand 15 minutes. Strain reserved marinade into saucepan and add:

1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch

Cook over medium high heat until thickened.
